ArtTable is a national organization supporting women in the visual arts. I was tasked with the redesign of their web presence, focusing on Information Architect, Visual Design and ADA compliance. I was the sole User Experience and User Interface Designer on this project.
Problem
As an organization with a growing membership base, ArtTable had received feedback from current members that their existing website was not easy to navigate. Specifically relating to member events and registration.
Solution
To improve the member experience during the event search and registration journey, two solutions were implemented. First, an event landing page was designed into the new site with new filters such as sorting events by chapter. Second, a new CRM system was implemented allowing members to see their past and present registrations, while also having the capability to submit new event ideas directly to ArtTable.
